We do not transmit any data to Vivere Partners or any third party.
How your data is handled
Policy documents and details are read directly from the broker portal you are already logged into and written straight to the local folder you choose. They never pass through us.
Portal communication occurs only with uep93.duckcreekondemand.com, using your existing browser session. This is the only website the extension contacts.
Local progress data: the extension saves a small record of an in-progress export in your browser’s local storage so an interrupted export can be resumed. This never leaves your device and can be cleared by removing the extension.
Permissions we request
Access to uep93.duckcreekondemand.com — required to read your policy list and download your attachments from the broker portal.
Storage — used only to save resumable export progress locally on your device.
Data sharing and sale
We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties. Because the extension does not collect data, there is nothing to share.
Data retention and deletion
The only data the extension stores is the local, resumable progress record described above. It remains on your device until the export completes, you start a new export, or you uninstall the extension. Exported documents are files on your computer that you control entirely.
Children’s privacy
This extension is a professional tool intended for authorized insurance brokers and is not directed to children.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, note the change in the extension’s release notes.
